services to complement your TEAMS Express implementation are
available for increasing the return on your investment. These
services may be provided remotely via telephone, e-mail and/or web
meeting or on-site as appropriate. In the latter case, Travel
expenses for the consultant(s) are billed back at cost.
Custom Development entails the tailoring of
TEAMS Express in a more detailed fashion specific to your company.
For example, custom queries, screens or reports are some of the
items that would fall into this category. This work can be performed
remotely or on-site as necessary.
Consultative services are typically focused
on business or process level problems or concerns. Consultative
services can address a variety of strategic or tactical issues
including, but not limited to, optimizing the tax certificate
workflow, pre-audit preparation, post-audit follow-up and so forth.
This work can be performed remotely or on-site as necessary.
This service goes beyond Custom Development
and attacks more complex situations when customers are looking to
integrate existing applications and workflows with TEAMS Express.
Typically, integration work entails analyzing the workflows, legacy
systems and applications and data mappings with which TEAMS Express
will be integrated. Once the integration has been architected and
approved by the customer, development will begin. This work can be
performed remotely or on-site as necessary.
