problems. TEAMS Express Compliance Update is the vehicle for a
comprehensive and intensive postal mail update campaign that will
target only those entities requiring updates. Using TEAMS Express, this service includes preparing the requests or letters that
are faxed, e-mailed or postal mailed to the targeted entities. These
letters or requests are typically sent to companies whose
certificates are either missing, incorrect or out of date and are
tailored to meet your specific content and delivery requirements.
Multiple mailings, sometimes 2 or 3 mailings, may be required to
achieve the desired level of update compliance. In addition, letters
may be sent in anticipation of certificate expiration. It also
includes maintaining a dated list of companies and company contacts
for all tax certificates. Postal charges are an additional cost that
will be billed back as incurred. Mailing is priced based on an
agreed upon the number of pieces mailed.
